The Best Strategy game you have played?

Pretty self explanatory, what is the best strategy game you have ever played? Mine has to be Chess, which i've been playing on and off since I was 8.

Ehhh, I haven't played many strategy games but some of my favorites are RISK, and Civilization 5 on PC.

I had a LOTR RISK as a board game, loved it. I can no longer play now that I've lost the pieces.

All the Civs through out history. Civ5 is my fav so far and will always the dlc and new content for them. The Total War series is pretty good as well.

The total wars I've played many of. I need to check out Civ5.

Can't you play other people on Civ 5. I'm not good at all but it'd be cool to play a friendly game against a human. Add each other on Steam?

Anyway my favorites has to be dawn of war I and II
Also really like c&c 3 Tiberium wars

Nah. I have all the games but don't care for them really. They're fun for a run-through and boring after that unlike Civ which can be played a million times.

AOE2 , This was the best strategy game I have played and I just love the AOE Series.
