Since you said googling isn't allowed, all I know is there was a guy called Erwin who added more information about the double helix DNA, he had a partner but not sure. However they weren't the individuals that discovered it.

Indeed. But all he did is say that the DNA module would have to consist of a double helix. So it was a race to find the double helix module.

Double Helix is a strand of DNA that contains the X and the Y Genetics determining if you're a boy or a girl.

Females have two of the same kind of sex chromosome (XX), and are called the homogametic sex.
Males have have two different sex chromosomes (XY), and are called the heterogametic sex.

Thornzzz you are way wrong bud. A double helix is the model of what a DNA and RNA stand looks like. What you are talking about would be something way different.
