Take away Evocator rating their own thread

I have noticed that Evocators can rate their own thread, and that isn't really a good thing.. It doesn't exemplify the actual quality of the thread, rather just shows that an Evocator boosted his own rating..

Not much else to say about this .~.

Primes can also do this. I agree with this a lot but honestly no one cares? Lol. Other people can rate it and if it needs to be low rated it can be. Plus rating has nothing to do with the thread. Just a users perspective is all.

Disable it to where you can't rate your own thread.

Yep this should be removed. Kinda cheap to rate your own thread.

That's the point I'm making. It could start to BE something people cared about.

I would love to be able to look at rating to see if it is a good thread, rather than realize it is just an upgraded member's thread.
