How do you feel about gay marriage?

Hello Perkies,

I just wanted to see everyone's take on Gay/Lesbian marriage.


Personally, I don't have a problem with Gay marriage. My religion doesn't agree with gay marriage, but I don't really have a problem with it.. My mom always says:

"Well, I'm not fucking them so why should it matter to me?"

What is your take on gay marriage?

I am bisexual, so I really don't care to much about it.

I honestly DO NOT care.
Why should it be my problem what other people do in their lives.
Two gay people that decide to get married isn't going to make my life any worse so honestly why should I care?
And the "Because it's a sin and god hates gays!" excuse is getting old.

I do think it is unnatural, and I don't really support the IDEA.. But I wouldn't impede someone else's happiness by voting against it or something.

God doesnt hate gays, god loves everyone unconditionally - but he hates the act of being gay.

Personally, its their life their choice, i do not agree with being gay as it is not natural - but I don't see why if its the way they are then let them be with who they want to be with.

I don't care what they do, they can do what they want. Everyone should have the same opportunities.

I mean, even from a Religious stand point.. This may be a lame argument, but God gave everyone the blessing of Free Will..

If they want to use it in that way, I guess that is their given choice..

Maybe god or a god-like being hates the act of being gay and because god is perfect others try to make themselves more perfect by hating on gays. Then again, I don't believe a god would be perfect.. there wouldn't be a hell.

Well if there was a perfect good, there has to be a subsequent evil somewhere.. If there was only ever good, then there wouldn't be anything to do.. Imagine a world without evil.. That would just be heaven.. xD..
