You can't let the few bad outweigh the large quantity of good, experienced veterans.

Stereotypes piss me off.
They are cops. They are the law. There shouldn't be "a few" bad ones, no exceptions.

Exactly. That is why training went from 3 months almost 15 years ago to 8 months today.

People let it get to their heads, they overlook situations. It takes someone with experience and not just signing the paper and training. They have to understand.

It happens. There is no way 400,000 police officers can go corrupt, but those 400,000 of brothers and sisters can make sure those who done goof, get booted out or fixed.

What makes you say that?

Just sounds so average, dull, cliche, and boring to me. Basically what everyone before has been programmed to do and feel like it's their only purpose. I'm just saying, if I had a dream it wouldn't be doing what everyone plans on doing.

I just want something related to Computers.

Building computers, repairing infected/broken computers, programming, administrating databases, that's what I'd be happy doing. Makes good money, and it's something I enjoy doing.
