Has anyone ever jailbroken their Touch?

What sources can you find from Cydia?

I am afraid of jailbreaking because I would rather not ruin my iPod.

There isn't any danger to jailbreaking :)

It is illegal here to jailbreak your iPod in the United Kingdom, but it isn't in the United States. I never want to jailbreak my iPod, purely because I think it voids my warranty and I'm just not prepared to risk breaking it. I know that it's fairly simple but I just can't take the risk. :)

Second. Its not illegal in UK. It's illegal to do it to the instore ones.

You would haft to be a special kind of ass to go into a store with the intent of jailbreaking there ipod's.
