Here she is! I bought this raft for 109 dollars and I've been modifying it to add stability and control (for when I install a motor)

Here's a quick tut:

you'll need
Raft - (find one that best accomodates your needes @ http://rubberboats.com/)
1 sheet of 1in thick plywood (marine preferred but not necessary)
3/4in x 10ft pipes (x5)
wood glue
jigsaw
seats(I used coolers, but you can also mount real boat pedestal seats!)
Pipe insulation (Used to keep board from chafing boat)

Flip your raft over and cut a template of the floor out of cardboard.
Transfer that to a sheet of 1'' thick plywood.

Then cut your 5 pipes to fit the seams in the floor

use an oil-based paint to seal the board from moisture
(I have not done this yet)

Set wood in boat and install seats

(not pictured) attach pipe insulation around edges and sand!

My boat is now sturdy enough for me to get up and walk around without falling or sliding. You can not stand up in a traditional vinyl floor raft. I plan to use the cooler in the front for snacks/beer and the one in the back for fishing gear! Also, I will install a small motor soon, although I have paddled this boat for HOURS without getting tired. It is among one of the easiest inflatables to paddle (especially for it's 12' size) but a motor would be nice for faster transportation! I have had 3 guests in my boat before with me paddling and we were all very comfortable and the boat moved fast.
