The age old debate starts on Leakzone today! A simple one really, what do you think is the better mobile OS from a personal perspective, Apple or Android (any of the various forks)? I think now more than ever, I can see more people criss-crossing between the two systems which I think is a lot healthier than the usual 'this or that' attitude the 'net seemed to use to have. For me, I tried Android first (wayback when) but then I swapped myself back to iOS for a good few years, with one break in-between before heading back to iPhone. Now that my contract is coming to an end, I'm thinking of hopping back to Android again. It's a fun little life game.
What about you? Which ones the best for you?

It has to be Android for me. The fact that I can do whatever the hell I want with it is great. I honestly couldn't imagine using iOS because of how restrictive it is

As someone who's been out of the Android game for a good few years, what phone would you recommend Ash? And what kind of things should I do with Android to make it that much more 'powerful' for me when I do eventually swap over. I'm currently stuck between the Huawei P30 Pro and the S10+. I'm not really bothered about looks or what Android build they're rocking as I'm more camera orientated. I do like that there are apps which seems to allow me to do a lot more with my camera though!

Definitely Android > Apple, I prefer the ease of use with android Os and the fact that I don't have restrictions.

After being an avid android user for many years then switching to iOS a few years ago, I’d say I’d never go back to android! Jailbroken iOS over android mayday!

People have been saying iOS is too restrictive but once it’s jailbroken you can do more than with rooted android

I don't think that's necessarily true lol, but even without restrictions I'd say Android wins.

This old question though is too informal, because if I were looking at intuitive design, iOS wins every time. I have iMac, Macbook Pro, iPhone and iPad, but I also own Razer phones, Samsung, High-end PC and Laptops running Windows. It's a matter of course what you want.

See, I’ve never got on with Samsung, never really liked the feel of the os as it’s always full of bloatware, even when you’ve flashed stock Samsung then rooted to delete system bloat apps I always found it quite sluggish but that’s just me, but I still think a jailbroken iPhone is better than android as the dev base compared to android is 10fold so the amount of different things released on a daily basis surly fires android out of the water, but again that’s just my personal opinion :)
