Until we got the vaccine, shit is slowly starting to open up again but I really think another wave is coming. I think it will take at least 4-5 months to come.

I agree about the second wave. As for the vaccine, I heard that the EU Medicines Agency is currently working on a vaccine, and have said it could be ready in a year.
Here's the article

If they are able to deploy a vaccine after 1 year, then they will break records and become rich. Sadly the chances are really low, and that is because they can 'develop a vaccine' in a year, but testing, tuning and producing takes more time, if there is a vaccine within the next 1½ years I'd be quite surprised tbh.

But well, the corona lockdown though is a completely other matter, many countries are depending on developing a high immunity rate, although we can not be sure if one becomes immune after having had it.

If I had to throw a proper guess, the lockdown over this year will end in probably 2-6 months for most countries.

Hard to say tbh. Defining the "end" in itself is somewhat tricky. If ur talking about how long b4 the disease disappears off the face of this planet, oh boi...ur in for a long wait. As for the Lockdown, it could be realistically eased within certain locales alongside subsidized restrictions, but even so, to get back to complete global connectivity, it'd take much longer, cuz every state would need to come up with tested coping mechanisms to actually treat and cure the disease (vaccines basically). So yea, at this point it pretty much comes down to the question of how long it'd take to synthesize, test, produce and distribute an effective vaccine :/

To be honest I think it's gonna end fairly soon. Maybe in a month or two.

In my opinion COVID-19 will never end but this pandemic should it the soon future. Virus's don't die as they are not alive so it won't directly disappear.

Yeah, COVID probably won't go away for decades.
