Runescape

Who's playing or has played?

For those who don't know, its a top game to kill time on.
Naturally the OldSchool version of the game (OldSchool Runescape) is better, has a higher user count and a pretty good community.

The game play is both involved with PVE/PVP aswell as semi-AFKable skills.
Sadly the graphics are a little behind, however this doesn't bother a majority of the seasoned community (including myself). There are 3rd party clients in development that will make the game look much better without ruining the flow of the game.

What does everyone think?

To be honest, I never really played Runescape at all, I've always wanted to check the game out. I did download it once a while back and played it for a couple of hours but I never really understood it. I might check it out again to be honest, it seems like fun now that I'm a little older and might understand the concept of the game better.

3 maxed accounts on rs3 with over 20b xp spread over 15 accounts

all pk builds on osrs maxed main banned for rwt sadly though

Played rs since 2001 up until about 5 months ago due to losing 20b at the sand casino, I've got like 600m left over my accounts but it's just not the same for me after being use to having so much cash so no plans on returning unless someone magically shouts me like 1-2b  :wesmart:

I was well into rs3 for a while but all my mates went back to osrs and I didn't wanna grind for 100 years. Ended up going to GE and giving all my shit anyway. Might get back into rs3 soon.

Honestly man the grind is easier now, plenty of new ways to train skills too. I tried to hit up RS3 but i just couldn't. Especially as i had a pretty nice account that i grinded many hours to get 99s, and now you can just buy 99s with micro transactions lol.

Banned for RWT? thats fucked... it seems if you wait a year or so and appeal. they are giving accounts back.
A couple of people i know got a Macroing Major ban each in like 2018, they appealed it recently and were successful, weirdly.
Whats even more weird is their accounts were no longer listed on the highscores, so seemingly gone for good. But they were restored as they were...

Nah man stopped playing when they forced my account onto rs3
