I have a diet and mine is dairy, sugar, and gluten free. Not too hard to follow for me but if you have any questions on how to start a diet feel free to ask me!
For you who don't have a diet, what is one you would consider. One I would consider is being vegetarian as I'm not the biggest fan of meat.

I don't know much about diets, but maybe keto. For no particular reason at all.

I've been on and off Ketogenic diet for the past couple of years. I find its the only thing that helps me keep a handle on mental health while keeping away brain fog. I also notice a difference in cognitive function between fat based and a "normal" diet. I can focus for far longer on Keto.
I Strongly recommend it for anyone who struggles with weight loss, anxiety, digestive issues or just wants to feel good.
As a blanket though, avoiding simple starchy and grain based carbs as well as sugar is a good first step, and you will notice the difference in your general health and well being within a week.

Yeah the reason I changed to a mix of keto/anti inflammatory was for lyme disease. Basically brain fog and headaches were a major change once I started(in a good way).

Nice move man, the first thing i noticed after cutting out carbs and sugar was the reduction of inflammation, its pretty astounding, and to think i was a skeptic at first! lol
It's awesome that it had a good effect on you too, this is a great community.
