4 Years of Service
Few years ago I joined a contest only few days before it, where you were supposed to cover as much distance as possible by hitchhiking or walking only in a team of 2 on a single week-end. The starting and ending point were the same. We did over 2700km, went to Berlin, spent less than 1hr and a Kebab there before starting to race back.
Why was it stupid ? 2hr of sleep from Friday to Monday morning, we almost got late (we came back less than 30 minutes before the time runs out), walked for 7 hours in the middle of nowhere during the first night. And we had a final Monday afternoon :hypers2:
But we won.
What about you ?

Stupidest thing.. geez I would say being married for a while, it took a while but I realized that is just not for me cost me quite a bit including my dogs. I have done many stupid things though, some of which are risky and there was nothing else which could be done other than the stupid risky thing. I remember once balancing on a trailer for a grain hauler about 20 feet in the air while being pelted by sand (very windy) and hanging onto a braided metal cable with maybe a 150lb working load limit (no harness nothing than a good grip).
Let's see once I broke up a fight between one of my dogs and our cat and I got bit through the finger nail by the cat. I think back to it and the dog probably is who I should have dealt with, but then again I wanted to make sure the cat was okay and safe.

Oh yeah, you already told me about the the first story. At least you've learned something from it !
Yeah, trying to stop animals from fighting usually cost some skin

I don't really have too many of these moments to be honest, but some of them I encounter while I'm actually driving, lol.
While merging on the Highway, there was another person with a trailer that was going really slow, so I passed him on the shoulder, lol. It was at night as well, I thought there were cops behind me and I go scared that I was about to get a fat ticket. Luckily I didn't, and I never will ever do something like that again.

Probably being way to friendly to persons that don't deserve it.
