I meant to lower one you have to raise another OR create a different tax. Expenses are only going up.

Yeah, he just wanted to show US wine producers that he was behind them, and just wanted to retaliate against something (i can't remember what) the president of France did

My Uncle used to tell me that a beer a day makes the heart healthy. 

Before I used to drink beer but for almost 10 years now I did not take any alcoholic beverages :)
