Do you Shower in the Morning or Night?

So LZ, do you prefer a morning shower or a shower before bed?

Personally I prefer a morning shower as it wakes me up, but usually I shower before bed because I've found I'm far too lazy to go for showers when I first wake up

Shower at night. Morning shower only if it has been a hot night (summer)

Morning for sure, I sweat in my sleep and would be to dirty in the morning

Yeah that's fair enough, I always sleep with my window open so my room doesn't get that hot. I absolutely hate being hot in bed

before bed. so you can relax and sleep peacefuly.

I shower after training, so it depends when I train

Usually before bed. But sometimes I forget and don't shower for 3-4 days haha. (I try to shower everyday)
