As title. Probably my grandma helping me getting my life on the line, like helping me with what to do or getting a month over.

This is exactly the same as me, I'm currently living with my gran as I was kicked out of my house.

It's 2 years of work. But it all has to do with self confidence and self awarness. The day you'll understand that you are the only one who is allowed to really judge yourself and have an impact you won't give a fuck about whatever is keeping you shy. usually it's just because you are scared to be judged/seen/criticized. A really good way of dealing with being criticized isn't to try to fight it, or to deny it, the best way is to accept it, and make fun of it. That way 1) you will accept it more and more 2) people won't do it so often, because they'll know it doesn't affect you.

It just takes some efforts. Then few events in my life kinda forced it even more, like having to talk in front of hundreds of people
