I would go back at the beginning of the BTC when it was less than .1$/Coin, and set up mining gears and buy as much as possible

The most hurting thing would be if he sold it for few cents, or evenn worst forgot the wallet

That would be terrible. Imagine the people who put about $200 in so they can buy some fake cash or ids.. They might be rich now.
