They say doing a team sport will increase the ability to work with people and improvement in leadership qualities etc.
To be honest it'e really easy to manage with an individual sport cause it's comparatively hard to work with many people who have different perspectives.
What do you think?

Obviously it's easier to practice an individual sport because you can do it as you want it. The hardest part in it is that you won't have anyone else to fight for, so it asks more mentally. Practicing a team sport might either go great or not. It all depends if your teammates share the same goals and vision, but also you have to fit with their personnalities. If you really bond well together it will boost you up whenever you are about to give up, if you don't .. any shit happenin will just destroy the team.

To have practiced both kinds .. i'd say i'm more of an individual athlete, unless I really find competitive teammates

Team sport need the trust and spirits to help our team mates to be on the same levels as us in  order to win games. A single person cannot carry the whole team.  But, solo sports such as tennis only depends on our hard work. I prefer to watch and play team sports because when the coordination between team is success, it give us happiness eventhough we are not winning games.
