Comedy Vs thriller?

This is a hard choice for me as I love both. If I had to opt for one than thriller would be my choice. What about you?

What genre of movie I watch depends on my mood. I watch comedy as well as thriller. When I am sad and depressed, I prefer to watch comedy and when I am in a light mood I watch thriller. Generally speaking I avoid black comedy. I also avoid thriller where too much violence is depicted

I would love watching comedy provided it is not a double meaning cheap comedy in the name of humor. I like thriller too but the way present day movi makers are presenting them these look more like stunt rather than thriller moves.

I prefer comedy, if it's clever,usually  . It should be 70s comedy like Gene Wilder, Richard Pryor or Mel Gibson. Modern, sometimes it's good, sometimes not. I watched "Ted 2 " latelly ,,,,  just a few laughs,,,but very very kitch

Comedy always, I will only watch SF thrillers but not one that borderline with drama.

I like thriller movies but most of them are cheesy while comedy movies always seem to make me laugh. Yes, some comedy movies are also cheesy but the attempt to scare me is usually lamer.

How about comedy thriller? Haha I really enjoy watching Shaun of the dead.

I think mine is quite simple, if I am to chose between comedy and thriller I'll easily go for comedy. I just love watching movies that invokes a lot of fun and laughter.

I like thriller better. I like getting surprised and suspensed when watching movies.
