Definition of High Quality:
Active, posts a lot.
Nice to people unless they deserve an attitude.
Helps out the community by doing giveaways and suggesting things to improve the site.
Donating money to the site to support it financially.
Overall a nice guy who tries to make the forum the best it can be.

I'm pretty sure i match all of those. I think doing giveaways is one way to tell if someone is truly "high quality". This forum is still basically in it's beginning stages so it can be hard to achieve all of those things. Thanks for the post :)

I don´t believe these two is shouldn't be in the list since some people can be HQ but they can't do giveaways or donate any money.

Helps out the community by doing giveaways
Donating money to the site to support it financially.

I believe that those are optional or extra. Also you should add "Try to use proper grammer and spelling" to the list.

Giveaways don't always have to be paid. I've seen some people that give away free emails and other various things. It's just the act of kindness that will make you high quality.

Someone who makes thoughtful, respectful, intriguing posts more often than not. They respect other members of the community and you won't see them in immature debates. They don't have to post often, but they do lurk and post when they feel their opinion is warranted.

I don't agree with said things about being high quality.

But hey, that's just me.
I only post alot, does that make me high quality?
Only thing on the list I do.
