I'll start it off with what I recommend and update the list with what you guys suggested.
• Divergent Trilogy - Veronica Roth
  • Hunger Games Trilogy - Suzanne Collins
  • Frankenstein - Mary Shelly
  • Beowulf - Anglo Saxon
  • Faust I/II - Goethe (Stuart Atkins Translation)
  • A Game of Thrones (all of them) - George R. R. Martin
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • Any mystery novels - Agatha Christie
  • Myst Trilogy - Rand Miller
  • The Trackers Series - Patrick Carman
That's pretty much my all time favorites. I have many more books to list, but listing all of what I read is pretty long.

Anything under the lines is what you guys recommend to read.

List yours and the author, you may write a little about why you like the book.

I personally like any mystery novels by Agatha Christie.
I also highly suggest the Myst trilogy.

The Trackers series by Patrick Carman is a very good series. They are not length either.

OOOOH! I have heard of the Myst Trilogies, I've been wanting to read them but my reading list is just way too long. I have Faust in there somewhere, of course it is of another translation.

The original Frankenstein is a really great book, that is if you understand the theme of the book.

A game of Throne is also a great book.
