Suggestions on an Android phone under $350 USD?

I currently have a Samsung A10e and need an upgrade as my system ui crashes about every hour or so. I would have to restart my phone a couple times a day to get it to work normally. 

I am thinking of buying a S10e off of ebay for $330 or so but am looking for suggestions as I don't want a crappy phone.

Update! Looking at a Google Pixel 3a or just the 3. Less than $200 and it is an amazing phone with quality.

Yeah, the camera quality is superb. Also wanting to finally get a flagship phone that isn't 3 years behind so the pixel would work well.
