how to track better enemies

hello. I have been a long time player of csgo and I have no trouble tracking enemies. The thing is, when I started playing Valorant, I found this so much hard to do. what tips guys do you have to improve that skill? thanks

try playing those aim labs games, they helped me a lot

yea the aim games really help especially ones that you can set what movement to use.
