What is the importance of internet in your life?

These days life revolve around internet. You're either online or offline. In the past, you would be writing letters and posting them or calling through landlines to greet your loved ones. How important is internet  you? Would you feel handicapped without net?

A few years ago the internet did not know very much, but I can admit that since we are very addictive internet so I do not think I want to be a handicap and I have internet, perhaps exaggerating but it is.

I need the internet to communicate with employees, my family, business owners, to receive payment and many other stuff that doesn't include entertainment. I'd feel very handicapped without it.

Not at all. It is not that important that without it I will be feel like handicapped. It is important for me for my work related. And to stay in touch with my friends and family. But it is not like that I can't live without it. If my work is not related to it, then I can manage without it quite well.

It's extremely important, I couldn't live without it as I need it for my job and for education purposes, and to communicate with my family / friends. It's also one of the big sources of entertainment that I have as I can play multiplayer games with my friends and watch TV programs that are unavailable on my country

If there was no internet I would do something else so I will definitely not feel handicapped in any way.

As I work online to make money due to the fact I am unable to work. It is very important to me I would be very handicapped with out it. I am usually on my computer 10 to 14 hours a day working.

I have been working with computers all my life, first as a computer programmer for an IBM S/370 mainframe. seen the development of small computers to be called PC or personal computers where before we called it micro computer. And when the internet came here in the 1990s, I already predicted that it will be the main communication line of people around the world. But I was not able to predict that social media will be the in thing and that there would be e-commerce. Now I see some people whose lives depend on the internet. And for me? Partially, I am dependent on it.
