Welfare

In all honesty I hate welfare with a passion.

I don't work for my own hard earned money just to get some of it to someone, who does not know how to get a job or get up and, take the time to even try. I understand that there are people in america who can not get jobs and support themselves, and I am ok helping them, but I am not ok helping people who just can't get off there ass so, they decide to have 8 kids just to have a reason to get like 10k a month from the government.

Every day when I got to school, I hear people talking about the welfare issue, and that it should stay in tact so that way we could survive. It's sad to see that most of the parents of these children can't get a job because they don't want to. It's also bad that they are teaching there children how to cheat the system which makes me so mad. I feel so bad for the kids at my highschool dropping out because "Oh yea I can just get welfare" And I know that I have to go work just to give some of my hard earned cash to him being lazy. If everyone in the world worked like that, there would be no money, Just a bunch of fat lazy ass fucks waiting to die, and eating each other.

So I think welfare should be ended. They should start a different type of system where ONLY and I mean ONLY people with issues that are there for there whole life the PREVENTS them from working they should get welfare checks. Not the people who made horrible, and unspeakable decisions like have 8 children just to get shopping money.

That's a very republican thing of you to say, heh. See, you haven't been in the position of being poor, to the point where you don't have food or electricity. I've seen documentaries on poverty, and it's not a good fucking thing. I'm sure if it was you in one of these families, perhaps one of the poor children with multiple siblings, you'd like it if the government paid for some food for you to eat.

Just my two cents.

Your two cents is worthless in this discussion.

If you have disbelieve I do not think that there are poor people out there that can not get a fresh start then hell yea you are way wrong.

But what I want is to help people like that, the disabled and, people who can not get re-enabled.

What I am saying in this topic is that people MOOCH off the government and tax payers. This post was a republican post but it is in all honesty true. I see more democrats agreeing with me than republicans.

You guess? They do it every day!

You are crazy to think that people don't abuse the system.
I have no shame in saying this but before my mom passed, She came up with
every excuse to get a welfare check, she abused the system and she was not the only one to do it.

The people that abuse the system are the minority. The idea that most people on welfare and similar abuse it is blown out of proportion by many of the right-wing advocates without the use of current data.

The United States Department of Labor has found that there is no state exceeding 7% in welfare fraud (US Department of Labor 2013-FiscalYearData [.xls file])

Ending welfare because of a very small minority will hurt those who use it properly.

That doesn't mean a thing. If people are being racist against you when you apply for a job that is against the law and they can be sued.

Yes but thats why I said make a new system for the people who actually will use the money properly. Read the post please <3
