Importance of social media

How important is social media for you? Can you be without being active on atleast one?

There is a difference between something being important and something being a requirement.

Social Media is important for me because I own a high-tech startup company so I need to increase my company's presence.
Yes, I can live fine without being active on at least one in case I didn't have a company to run.

To be very frank there is nothing social in social media but everything is for a purpose. People who do not know how to take best advantage of this wonderful platform waste lot of their valuable time there but the wiser ones take full advantage and make good money with little bit of their efforts. It is important for me but without even logging into my accounts.

Social media is a very good platform to work online, market your stuff, remain connected with friends and families. Yet, humans will misuse each and every advantageous thing and so is the case with the social media. The really wise know how to use it to their benefit and without it becoming an addiction.

I use social media for social interaction.I am connected with my friends and family on social media. I am also connected with my business associates,customers and clients on social media.Thus social media has a greater impact on my life.
