Park in shaded area                    :-  This might seem obvious but many people don't take this seriously and because of this, the car's paint will tend to fade.

Mind the battery                          :-   Remember to start your vehicle at least once a week.(Leave it running for about 10-15 mins) The battery gets run down even when the vehicle is not                                                               in use.

Give it a wash                                :-   Even though your car is parked in a shaded area dust particles could stick on the paint surface. If u don't give it a wash for a long time the dust particles might                                                                   integrate into the paint surface making the paint dull.

Check fuel and coolant levels   :-  It is advisable to keep the fuel tank filled up during this period. This will prevent the accumulation of moisture in the fuel tank. Make sure you add the                                                                    right  amount of antifreeze, depending on the make and the model of your car.

Move the car                                :-   This might look childish but if u can't go for a ride, just move the car back and forth. This is good for the tyre's and the Shock absorber's health.
