No, who are we to decide who lives and who dies, we allhave the right to live. If it were my kids iI would want him to give it up but again that is his right to live. We do not morally posess the right to condem another man todeath because someone is in need.

I don't agree with this unless the person does it by their own free will.
If you just go around killing people for the "better good" what is that saying to everyone?
That killing 'healthy' people is ok as long as it saves someone else?
And what if people began to abuse this by killing people and saying "Well, I needed their healthy organs"
Also if I had to shoot someone why would I not just shoot the kidnapper?
I have a gun and even if theres more of them I still kill one of the 'bad guys' right?

No, we should never have a say in whether or not someone should die regardless of their physical or mental state. That is their choice to make (though I amend this thought when it comes to the death penalty for war criminals and such)

They have the right to choose whether or not they want to save people by using their own organs.
We do not have the right to control them and tell them when or how they will die even if it's to
save other people.
I agree with you guys. I think if the people volunteer to be killed and save the lives then it is right, but we shouldn't be able to just take someones life because we say so.

I honestly do not think this should be allowed.
It's basically allowed murder, which is a ridiculous concept.
Who would allow themselves to be murdered?
I think everyone here just about summed up my position on this question. I don't think anyone has the right to take away our most precious gift that is life.. If he were to VOLUNTEER, then I think it's okay..
