A few suggestions.

First of all I love the server. However, some things I dislike are:

- I know this is hypocritical but I don't like how people just ask admins for items. I think it would be a better experience if they had to collect the items them selves or trade with another player.

- Food kit is a good idea but I don't like the instant healing.

- A vote plugin would be good for when no admins are online. I hate it when theres a few people online and it's hard for everyone to find a bed. Also, weather can be crappy.

- Colored sheep plugin.

About the first thing, admins give things for buildings they request, like mine, a huge iron structure needing glass, iron wool, and materials for a huge elevator.

Is that for the modern building area? If so, I think theres a plugin were you get different inventories per area. Or would that be making it a bit too complicated?

Blue doesn't like to add new plugins. idk why
