Do you Smoke?

A question asked frequently when it comes to health.
Honestly I think the health advisors / most people say various things about smoking such as you could get cancers, while they use things that has a higher risk in getting cancers. What do you think about this matter?

lets start with non-stick pans , to various food items that are created artificially, and using many more artificial things. Almost everything may cause cancers. 
and for a twist , people in older generations used to smoke alot of cigs but they had long years of life too (than nowerdays) . Thats my opinion, anyways i don't smoke as a habit either

Yeah sadly I do smoke cigarettes, I regret starting it a lot.
