Disputes

This thread is regarding the Alert and Disputes section under the market place section.

Since users are already trying to make sales, wouldn't it be appropriate if a staff member created a thread ruling out the official template for a sale dispute to make it easier for you guys to understand?

I understand that staff at DSX may have not had the time to look into minor suggestions like this, but im just putting it out there to see if you approve.
