I was just reading up on this last night, that's crazy. They're stupid for not writing up a reasonable contract though.
Also regarding the donations, yeah there was 5 different backers for $10,000 each! That's crazy.

Well, that just comes to show how many Yogscast fans there are. I, personally, am not among those people. Sad, but there's no one to blame but the guy who couldn't make the contract.

That's crazy. Feel so bad for the donators...
