I love dancing. It is also one form of exercise.  I have participated in many dance forms since childhood. Can you dance? Have you performed on stage?

Yes dance is good form of exercise. One can have good workout with enjoyment. But sadly I don't know dancing. It is my weakness from starting. So no way of performing on stage either.

I am a Punjabi and dance is in our blood. I can dance traditional dances of Punjab well and certain other regional dances besides salsa that I learned in a dance school during my college days. I am not an expert on any but can move around with my dancing skills.

Among various other dance forms I have danced on Bhangra and gidda both. I enjoyed bhangra the most I must say. I started learning salsa through an online guide but left it halfway. It's something I jist wish I can do!

I don't think I can dance but when I try, people seem to like it. Maybe they're just making fun of me but they don't laugh. They mostly just seemed entertained. I used to dance a lot as a child but now, adult embarrassment has caught up to me.

To be very frank, dancing is a natural skill and the people having flexible body can do it easily. I know some people that never learn how to dance well even if they go to a dancing school but some others can do it without any proper learning or coaching etc.

May be we can hold a party and teach the Admin a step or two ;) what say guys?

On a more serious not some people just are heavy footed when it comes to dancing.

Being fat has never been a contraindication for dancing infact I know of really fat people who dance quite well! You should just practice!?
