More Stable Rep System

I personally think everyone, including non-upgraded members should be able to give +1 and -1. I hate this -2 and -4 bs. However, non-upgraded members should not be able to give negative, and give out less reps per day.

I disagree. I like how non upgraded can only give neg rep. I think prime should only give Positive rep and I think that, we as evocator should be able to give o+2 positive and negative, and I also think that if you are evocator and have a usergroup you should be able to give +3 and -3

I believe this was mentioned before. I have answered it. The reason why Non-Upgraded members is not allowed to give + or - rep is due to people having the ability to make multiple accounts and spamming the reps. The staff will then need to go through every single account and remove the rep themselves dus wasting their time for something that can easily be avoided.

I don't think regular members should be able to give rep at all. I think it would cause problems in the future.

There everyone starts off with 10 rep. The more rep you have the more you are able to give. You are only able to do half as much - rep as + rep.
The 10 points people start off with aren't enough to give a rep that effects anyone but a senior user can amass thousands of rep and effect people a lot more then say some dude that donated 10 minutes after joining the forum.
