Shower is refreshing but I have seen people go for days without bathing due to their own reasons.

What about you?

I am used to bathing on a daily basis now that the weather is so hot. When its really cold sometimes I skip a day since it's so cold and I don't own a boiler. I don't like that it takes so much time to heat water on the stove so I get too lazy and not shower.

I am a shower person, I don't do bathing unless I really have to (which is rare), but the thought of me just sitting there in the tub with my dirt floating around me, does not make me feel clean at all, with a nice shower, the dirt just washes away, down the drain.

This reminds me of the days when I was assigned work in London. My colleagues in the office were wondering why I would come in the morning looking fresh as if I had taken a bath. And they were all surprised when I confirmed their suspicion that I take a bath every morning (and also in the evening before bedtime). But I was more surprised when the Londoners said that they seldom take a bath and they only spray perfume to counter body odor, if any.

I was born and raised in a tropical country where daily bathing is a must.

I will shower daily, not more, not less. This is not only comfort but for practical reasons as well. Bathing daily will get rid of dead skin cells and dirt which is essential for good skin health.

I can't stay a day without bathing, it will look as if I am sick. Everyday I make sure I bath two times. My first bath is in the morning before going to work and the second is in the evening when I am back from work.

It is a very hot summer on my country today so I take a shower every 4 hours. I am not kidding that is how hot it is today. I usually take a shower 3 times a day but now I have to do it more frequent or I will die of dehydration and heat stroke.

Wow, that some serious heat you're dealing with Science_shark, I'm not sure if I could deal with all of that heat. My country is hot but it's bearable. It depends on the individual, If I am extremely hot, it only makes sense to shower more than twice daily.

I do understand your situation we had once an extremely bad summer and I used to bath 3 times daily but the last two baths with tap water were at 8pm and 2am despite sleeping with a cooler ON!
