Mine is orange, I love eating oranges because of the vitamin C they contain. Having read about the importance of this vitamin to the body I found many reasons to always go for this fruit. Vitamin C also known as ascorbic acids are healng agents to the body, help in repair and growth of tissues. The ascorbic acids are strong antioxidants that fight free radicals capable of causing diseases.
That sqid, what's your favorite kind of fruit and what are the reasons why you like going for the fruit.

Mine are peaches especially when they are ripe. When ripe peaches are the sweetest and most juicy, I just love them. I know having them from a can they're not as healthy but they are one of my favorite treats.

My favorite fruit are Soursop, they're the most delicious food and perfect mix of sour and sweet. Be careful with the seeds though, they're very bitter. Soursop and milk smoothie is the best.

My favorite fruit is Mango. I don't know if it is having any benefit health wise. But I like it lot. Summer is its season and I go for them almost regularly. They are really good in taste. And here almost all people like it. Other than mango, I like Sitafal and Chickoo too.

Banana and Guyabano. Banana is very abundant in our place. It is available all throughout the year. Guyabano is a seasonal fruit. These two fruits are rich in vitamin C and other essential vitamins my body needs.

Honestly, I haven't eaten fruit on its own in years.
Not even a apple or banana unless it was a pie.
