I mean, I know the cold can cause sickness due to weakening system but can staying in one area where temperature is always the same, everything is always the same but the weather outside is different effect you even though you're not feeling the events of the weather by simply just being there?

Of course, weather affects health. Although what you said might not affect health at all. But if you're in an environment where temperature stays the same and will go out where temperature is different, that's a different story.

Weather can effect health in long & short term. For example, if you live in a generally warm area and you get rain/cold season, you're body isnt as used to that as it is the warmth, and therefore you'd be more exposed due to the weakening of the immune system.

I prefer to stay bundled up in the cold because snowy/cold temperature can have bad effect on health so try to stay warm during the cold!

I love life and I feel that staying safe and healthy is great for you and your life!
