Do you think that adopted kids should have a right to know who there actual parents were?
I believe they have the right to know who are their real parents. For whatever reasons they are being adopted, they still need to know who brought them to this world. I knew it would be painful on their part to hear the truth but at least you have told them and that is the most important thing.
It would truely be up to them!
Adopted children should know!!!!!
They should know when they want to.

I think all of the above are correct :)
Of course they should have the right to know, if they really want to that is. But it is something that you have to handle with great care. A lot of children, who might not know that they're adopted, could have a really hard time handling finding it out, especially depending on what age they are. Sometimes, children who were adopted ended up being given up for sad reasons, such as their parent may have been some sort of drug addict, which the child might not really want to hear about, and it may be hard to face that parent if they're still around. It definitely is something that the parents of the adopted should sit down and discuss with their child at some point. They have a right to know they've been adopted.
