Marketplace Feature +Requirements

Howdy!

I was thinking maybe we could add a Marketplace for the upgraded Members.
Although this wouldn't mean all upgraded Members would be able to use this Section.

You would need to for fill all requirements before having authorized access to this Section.
We could have in place for example: at least 500/1000 Posts, 10/20 Reputation & 3/4 Awards before authorization.

Some of you are probably thinking, WTF!
I completely understand but please let me explain.

This feature would ONLY be available to those that upgrade here at DSX.
These requirements that I have stated above will help decrease scam as such.
I hope that those wanting to sell here are fully mature enough to earn a respectful 500/1000 Posts, 10/20 Reputation & 3/4 Awards before having access to this Forum.

If Members are dedicated enough to raise there Posts, Reputation & Awards, then I'm sure this will not be an issue to those.
The reason I have set these requirements like this is strictly due to the sentence above. If Members are dedicated, they deserve to have the ability to sell here.

These requirements are free to be lowered by the Staff at any point in time. These were simply created for an explained example of what should be implemented for a Market.

I think 500 posts & positive rep should be the requirements to post in marketplace.
