Most nights before sleep I have to set the alarm on my mobile phone to enable me wake on time to prepare for the new day's job. It's become a habit since I always go to bed late doing so many activities online.
Are you also in the habit of having to regulate your sleep at night by setting the alarm?

Of course! How else would I be able to wake up on time at the morning? Unless you don't have anything to do the next day, or whatever you do is not important, or if somehow you manage develop the ability to wake up at will then you have to use an alarm.

I need an alarm but just a normal alarm beep or cellphone ringtone isn't enough. I'm an extremely heavy sleeper so what I do is set my television to turn on with a volume of 100% and have the static sound wake me up.

If or when I am starting a new routine I would start by using an alarm, but my mind/body would quickly adjust to getting up for that specific time and there wouldn't be a need for an alarm. It's almost magical, lol.

My mindset is my alarm enough. I just picture the time I want to wake up at. I usually find mysekf waking up on dot!

Not one, I need 10 of them! -_- I really, really don't like waking up early in the morning. And I always go late to a bed so it's hard in the morning. I can't remember when was the last time I woke up without a snooze button. I hit snooze at least twice before I get up.

When I was a teenager, my mother taught me a trick. When I cannot sleep, I should talk to the parts of my body. It's like saying "arm, sleep now, feet, sleep now...." She said that it is better than counting sheep because you are actually talking to your body parts. And to wake up on my desired time, I also talk to my body before I sleep. Like saying, "hands, sleep now and wake me up at 6am." I have been doing that since I was in high school and it never failed me except when I was sick or I slept very late.

Yes. Even I need alarm to wake up early in the morning. In past I was in habit of waking up early in the morning without it. But now I guess I need it for sure. I have put daily alarm in my mobile phone for the same.

How not, yet every day I wake up before the alarm on your cell phone, but never forget to put it to sound, a delay in work would it cost a lot, I do not want to risk that I'll be late due the fact that no mother woke up.
