There seems to be a spree of random serial killers and murderers lately going ballistic on other people.
A Matthew Daley (35) killed the person who crashed in the back of his car, a Donald Lock, aged 75, by putting a knife through the retired man with no less than...39 stabs.

I get it it's pretty annoying getting in a car accident out of the blue.

Apparently Daley had mental health problems that drove him to commitic homicide. He's been deemed unfit to be tried in court and was sent to an institution.
The victim's family is perfectly satisfied with the fact that Daley is being treated for his mental illness, and they are suing the NHS (UK public healthcare system) for failing to provide the best care for their loved one.

People with mental issues won't be existing if families know how to raise children better. It is scary to go outside these days because of all the crimes happening. Governments should give people better security.

I agree, we are facing the same in our part of the world. There used to be a few such cases in metros until a couple of years before but it has become common in smaller towns even in rural areas. Everyone is in a hurry and even a small thing like overtaking can become a reason of murder.

That's insane. The Public Health system should've already taken him into the institution instead of waiting for something to happen.
