I have been married for two years, however, I don't have kids. My wife and I are not ready for kids yet, but we definitely want kids. I want just one child whereas my wife wants two, a boy and a girl.

Sometime back when I discovered that I was pregnant, I was very happy. My husband was also happy because we both wanted to have kids. However couple of weeks later an ultra sonogram test suggested that there is no embryo in the gestation sac. We had to abort and try another time. This came as a shock.

I'm 26, so in my opinion I'm still too young. Of course, there are people with kids in younger age than mine but i don't think I'm ready yet. Maybe in couple of years, and with the right woman by my side, I think I will be a great father one day :)

My wife and I are not fortunate to have children. After having a workup twice for her fertility, she had undergone a surgery for ovarian cysts. It appeared that my wife’s ovary become hyperactive with the fertility pills that caused the emergence of the cyst.
But anyway, we are quite content with our life since it is the life that God had given us. In case we have children, we do not know if our relationship would still be this okay or maybe there arose a problem due to pressures with the kids.

Yes, we are fortunate have two kids and we are thankful to God for that. Nowadays our life mainly revolves around our kids. You never know how your time is flying when you are with kids. I love kids and like their innocent looks. It is rightly said that kids are gods themselves and we can see that in their eyes.
As OP has rightly pointed out it requires enough planning to have kids and it is not an easy task to raise a kid these days. Everything is getting costly, be it education, food and whatever it is. We should be financially ready to have kids as we need to offer them a better life. More important is the mental preparation.

I am only 17 right now, so no, I do not have any kids. But, when I get older and get married, I would like to have some kids.
Everything in this world will cost money, but I think it is worth it to have someone close to you who can learn your ways (the good ones, of course)

I don't have kids, I mean I'm not even married :D. I don't have a girlfriend either and I'm a 19 year old guy. I don't have problems with girls but I just haven't found my 'soulmate'. I like the idea of having a son but I don't think I'm going to have one that soon. I'd probably wait longer until I hit at least my 30s. I like children and I love to play with them though.

I have two kids. The older one is a boy and he is 4 years old. The younger one is a girl and she is 2.5 years old. They both and very naughty and keeps us on our toes. You just cannot leave them alone in a room. They will certainly do some mischief. I love them both very much. It's just so wonderful to see them grow. They were so small and now have started going to school. I just can't describe my feelings.

I have a daughter and as my partner wanted only one kid I agree on that.
We also waited to have a kid for a few years and some people we knew reacted really nasty about it, constantly asking why we don't have kids.
I don't think that you get married just to have kids.
When we got a kid we were so happy and then again we were met with some idiots who were asking when we are going to have another child.
Then I draw a line and told everybody that my partner only wants one kid and on my shock some of our so called mutual friends and even family told me that I have to force my partner to have more children.
I am not a nicey nice online, in reality I am far more terrible so you can imagine my reaction.

No. I'd only plan to have children once all my goals all completed and have the environment and financial position to care for one and make them fully happy. I'm too young for one right now either way though many do have children at my age, they do not have the correct environment to raise a child.
