Hi , i need different story to tell hp costomer service to make it believable that my printer has a defect 

im new on this forum . any critic is welcome

Well what is going on with the printer? What model, purchase year? Perhaps it's time for some Googling for common issues with that printer. If it's something annoying and common then they may replace it, never know what's the end goal here btw?

It can't possibly be that important seeing that none of the pertinent information about the printer is not included much less just copying and pasting what one person wrote.
