Do you like going to the theater to watch movies or do you prefer watching movies at home? Why?
I use to go to the movie theater all the time. But the prices at the theater has gotten so high that I've gotten more and more picky about what I'll see in theaters. Plus, when you are in the comfort of your own home, you can pause the movie if you need to go to the bathroom or need to get a drink.

Well, if you are asking that what I enjoy more. Then definitely I enjoy theater more for movies. Watching movies in big screen with full audio is surely a great thing. But I don't go for it every movies. I go there rarely. May be one time in two months. But surely theaters are better than watching movies at home in TV with small screen.

Until they star selling a 200" inch screen that is affordable, then I'll pick teather everytime. I do enjoy watching movies on my home but it really doesn't compare to the experience that you can enjoy watching something like a 3D movie on a huge screen.

I also prefer to watch movies in the cinema as opposed to at home, but the trouble is its not a cheap night out anymore like it once was.
If you're going with the family, when you look at how much you spend then it's hard to justify that, especially if it's a new film that you don't even know if you're going to enjoy.

I prefer going to theaters to watch movies because you get a better experience and a big screen to watch it on. I rarely watch movies on my TV. I only watch movies if on my TV if I'm really really bored. Theaters for the win! :)

Movie theater all the way! The sound system combined with a HUGE screen is a unique experience, there is no way to not enjoy it! But I do love watching in my house comfort. I love Netflix, don't get me wrong, but the feeling that a movie theater gives is unique!

Movie Theater. Whenever I try to watch a movie at home, there are so many distractions, that its just not possible to enjoy the movie. Whereas in a movie theater I can watch the movie without any distractions. No one will be asking me to do anything. I can just sit there, relax and enjoy the movie.

Movie theatre anytime. I had always watched most movies in the theatre in the past as we had no tv back than. After tv becoming so common and ticket prices at movie theatre on hike plus busy schedule I have no option but to watch them at home.

I like both, but I have to say that my kid thinks that sitting in a theater for an entire movie is terrible idea so she usually asks me to watch at home. I don't really enjoy going to the theater all for myself so I watch movies with my gadgets or at PC.

I used to be a great movie fan a decade or so back watching almost every movie but I am not finding enough time to watch them in theater or even home. Probably internet has killed my interest for movies therefore I am not watching a movie unless of course it is a comedy and it can keep me glued to screen, mostly at home though
