Generally, the recommended daily calorie intake is 2,000 calories a day for women and 2,500 for men. This changes if you are going towards a different goad other than just being healthy and looking good.

This changes whenever you are doing more activities. I'm probably between 2500 and 3500

Yeah, few years back I was training rowing twice a day (between 3-4hr a day of training), obviously I had to eat like a crazy man !

Woah. Right now I eat around 2k a day even with no gluten, dairy, or sugar.

Well, i kinda miss those days, but at the same time, I would spend probably 500€ in groceries per month back then, which was quite painful

Yeah, that's what eating a clean athlete diet is about. Like 6 eggs, 4 chicken breasts, tons of veggies, fruits, all kind of complementary supp (Prots, BCAA, Pre-workout, ...) every day.
