As the age advances many sports become less suitable for the body. Table Tennis is one of the wonderful relaxing sport that can be played by senior citizens too without much causing body strain.
I played in once on a cruiseliner and found it really enjoyable. The good part about this game is you can play it both as an indoor and outdoor game.

You are right on that. Actually I love table tennis from starting. But as you said, yes it is good for senior people too as in this game it doesn't involve more body movement. It requires less physical stress in compare to many other game. And most good thing is that it is quite interesting sport, if one like it then he or she can enjoy it most.

It's a great sport, I love it. But I'm not sure about your statement. It's relaxing for 15-20 minutes maybe, but after that you can get tired. :) Not if you are in shape, I'm talking about older people.

I do agree with Table Tennis being suitable for the "once young" people. As for myself, since I am gifted with an enormous body, at least I do not have too much difficulty when moving for this game doesn't require too much movement. It is also good for the old ones for the same reason given. However, it is fun to watch this game played by the young ones, especially varsity players. When they have this rally, they tend to go farther and farther from the table.
