Hello Friends

I just bought new smart phone for my wife. It is quite good phone in all the way. One thing which I most like about it is the charging speed of the phone. Phone charger has come with 2.0 amp output power. So it is almost double output power than normal chargers. But this phone has came with fast charging option which can handle this much output power. I doubt if my other phone can handle it. It's battery can misbehave in future if I use this charger in it. What you say? Is anyone having any experience of this thing?

This reminds me of the stand-alone charger that my wife had bought. She is using 2 batteries for her Samsung J7, that was before the emergence of the power bank or portable charger. That fast charger would take just 30 minutes for a full charge of the battery. Looks good. However, as days pass, my wife noticed that the charge is getting quicker to consume. The usual 1 day for a full charge now lasts for half a day. And after investigation, the fast charger has been discharging the battery.

So you mean to say that battery of phone is misbehaving or that charger is misbehaving. Whatever it is it may effect either phone or battery in future. So better I use original charger for my phone instead of that new charger. I wonder if my phone supports that quick charging option. So better I don't try anything silly.

Correct from an electrical perspective, but the device may not draw all 10 watts. A more accurate way to phrase it may be that your 5 watt charger may only charge your device half as fast as a 10 watt charger. Modern smart batteries have protections that prevent them from being charged too fast. Additionally, lion/lipol batteries will only rapid charge to about 50% then they begin to back off how fast they will accept charge in order to preserve battery lifespan.

iPad is an interesting case. When I hooked it up to an ammeter, I noticed that with the stock iPad charge/sync cable, it was not drawing 10 watts, but only 7 watts. I then constructed a cable with thicker wires and was able to see a 10 watt charge. Why apple does not up sell a premium cable, I have no idea. They are perhaps throwing away 30% of the power as heat loss, not very green.

As it can be seen that newly invented technologies have really changed the whole world in terms of country borders vanished and communications vastly promoted. Social media have received a great effect from these technologies updated recently.

Smartphones marketing is now highly competitive, and newly invented and equipped smartphones provide a lot of facilities for all stakeholders who may concern and use these modern devices in their daily activities.
Recently I viewed a paper about the effects of mobile phone technology on the economic promotion of rural areas. in fact, researchers have found that newly updated smartphones could potentially decrease total cost of transportation in rural areas leading to a better local economic growth rate accordingly.

I have a fast charger which came with my samsung galaxy s6 edge+, it charges my phone from 0%-100% in 1 hour 30 minutes exact! Baring in mind this is a 3000MaH Battery.

If I use a normal charger it takes about 3-4 hours+ to charge the phone so it does make a drastic difference.
