Dealing With Strict Rules Or Staff...

I mean really... How do you deal with rules that are JUST TO Strict? Or staff members that are JUST TO strict? I mean, I can't... If the rules are just too strict at a forum, I tend not to post or stay active unless needed(For certain needs)... and if the staff is to strict, or just plain rude, or doesn't seem to know how to compromise once in awhile, I tend to to talking to that member... basically avoiding them...

It's just to much to handle, I mean here are some examples:

on 1 promotional forum, A member asked for a package that required 500 post at his/her site, the member requested his package when she had 498 post...

OMG, this packager was so mean that he took a screen shot of her site, and Rejected it, and she had to wait 9 days before requesting again... even tho she past the requirement like 2 minutes later...

Come on now? why so mean? I'm not saying that the packager is wrong or anything, he did follow rules, but he could have simple put the package on hold and say something like "your forum is 2 post under the requirement needed, please fix before I continue" or ask a higher rank staff member could he still do the package request, even tho it's just 2 post the under requirement and can be easily fixed, Instead of - Heres the proof that I took time to get - REJECTED - WAIT 9 Days...

How do you want your forum to turn into a friendly community like that?
