Smartphones have evolved significantly. My phone's processor runs at higher clockspeed(2.5GHZ) than my laptop's processor (2 GHZ). Though almost everything has evolved in a smartphone, when it comes to battery back, it sucks big time. I normally tweak my phone's parameters ( underclock and undervolt), also, my phone has a pretty big battery, as a result I get a decent battery backup. What is your case? are you satisfied?

I just got a new phone so as of now the battery is working just fine. My old Samsung phone's battery had deteriorated so much that I had to charge it almost everyday despite not using it that much. It is a real problem for many smart phone users, I have even developed a habit of carrying my phone charger wherever I go.

I am not happy with my phone's battery. it won't last longer than a hour when I play a game or watch an anime. I have a Galaxy S3 Mini and the battery dies at 50%, reboots 5times when I recharge it and, sometimes, it shows as 1% or 80%. This sucks, battery should be more advanced and last much longer.

I am not happy with my phone's battery. Whenever I use internet, the battery goes down very fast. Sometimes I am working and all of a sudden the battery, which showed 65% will go down to 0% within a minute. I don't know whether it is the battery's fault or the phone's.

Practically, the phone's battery gets easily drained when there apps working in it, when wifi is on, when Facebook is open. Meaning there are a lot of those programs present in your phone are functioning. To save your life's battery, better disable some of those apps.

I am a little bit disappointed at my current Samsung Galaxy S3 stock battery life. It worked great at the first couple of months, however, since I usually use data on it a lot--- browsing websites every day, texting a lot, watching YouTube and playing games sometime. Honestly, if I unplug my phone early morning and the battery may leave 1/3 in the afternoon. Now I have to relied on extra batteries, I take these batteries from great manufactories like MPJ around if I am away from a charger in airport, shopping mall or just on the go. I am thinking of getting a Note 3 and bought a bulky battery for it .

Yes, of course, it is fine now, Actually my phone battery works normally for 3-4 days. It is now acceptable for me. About 2 years ago I purchased a mobile phone to use it for ordinary activities such as online shopping,  to use searching engines, emailing and text message checking and also to call my friends and family.
However, there was a great problem with the battery, and it was time limitation. The battery was working almost always for 1 day and I faced a lot of problems especially when I did not access to electricity outlet. Therefore, I changed my mobile and replaced it with this new one which is very satisfactory for me. :)

I am completely not happy with my phone's battery. Every time I use it, the battery goes down twice every 30 seconds to a minute. Even when I lock it, it decreases faster and faster. And the worst thing is when it is on around 90%, then when I turn it off, the battery is on like 50%. I don't know what do to so I just charge it every time when I use it. I think I should probably get a new phone.

I changed my phone's battery few months ago.Though it is better than the one I had previously, however, I am not satisfied with the back up that the current battery gives. I have to charge twice a day and it is frustrating.

Yeah. I mean, I own a Google Nexus 5. There are many people out there that are not satisfied with the battery life of this mobile phone. When I first received the phone, in the first weeks I remember that I reached the amazing time of 6h 18min on Screen. This, to me, sounds amazing for a phone like Nexus 5. One year later the battery life of my phone goes around 5h and 10 mins. For me, it's still pretty good. Keep in mind that the battery life is influenced by a lot of factors. It also has to do with the way you use it. I remember a girl on XDA who reached 7h on Screen with her Nexus 5. I was amazed. She is also a developer so she may have done her own twitches and customizations to reach such values.
