It's a pump and dump coin, it's good for some profit, not for investing in the long run though.
Dogecoin, heh... I find it funny how something so silly has actually become profitable.
But yes, I would say it is worth investing in.

It won't be around as long as litecoin and bitcoin due to the passing fad nature of it veing a memecoin, but short term investements would probably be profitable.
