How do you all cope with anger?
I have learned over the years to cope by distracting myself.

I also usually listen to music, or try to allow myself calm down time.

Sadly I don't know how to cope with it correctly, what I do is punch and break things.

I've had a long history with anger. My parents have done everything from Psychiatrists to even mood stabilizers. I think the only thing that gets me to get to calm down is time, and a lot of it. I tend to hold on to things and never let them go for some reason. i want to change, but something inside of me doesn't. I've lost lots of friends because of it. I usually just end up feeling like shit after I get mad, then get depressed for 2-3 days. My time on my computer really is my escape. I like video games to help calm me down, because I can pretend I'm someone else for the time being. I don't like stressful games, though. I wish i could change.
